The Cous Cous Fest in San Vito Lo Capo, one of the most beautiful villages in Sicily. between perfumes,
colors and flavors from all over the world, has been repeated since 1998. A celebration of flavors and civilizations that celebrates couscous as a dish of peace,
in which Chefs from ten different countries meet in San Vito Lo Capo and cheerfully discuss each other in the kitchen preparing couscous in the most varied versions, in the name of integration and exchange. Therefore, in the gastronomic village, there are numerous stands where it is possible to taste more than 30 different couscous recipes… choosing will be a problem!
Ten days to experience exciting gastronomic competitions, couscous tastings, cooking shows by starred chefs,
cooking lessons for adults and children, concerts by great Italian and international artists, talk shows and in-depth moments.
Starting from the idea that food is a tool for cultural integration, the event revolves around Couscous as a dish that is a symbol of history and the union of peoples bordering the Mediterranean.
