With its location just a few steps from the beach and its beautiful sea views that can be admired from all terraces of our apartments Lumia 3 Standard allows our guests to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in completely relax and harmony with the Mediterranean nature that surrounds the apartments.

The terraces are all equipped with  table and chairs that allows you to organize outdoor dinners , enjoy the hot sun of our city or to have fun with a nice barbecue of Sciacca’s fresh fish in the shared area, enjoying an unforgettable view at any time of the day .
The apartments are 2 on the ground floor and two on the first floor, simply furnished but with all the comforts, are also equipped with WI-FI access and free parking.

The apartments are divided in:
– 1 Double bedroom with a ceiling fan, mosquito net by the window  and a veranda or balcony with sink
– 1 Bedroom with twin beds and mosquito net by the window
– 1 Kitchen living room with sofa bed, kitchen with 4 cookers, microwave or little electric oven, TV and air conditioning
– 1 Bathroom with shower and hairdryer
– Terrace with table and chairs
