Azzurro Festival of Sciacca<\/h2>\n

In the first place, the Azzurro Fest, is the Sciacca International Mediterranean Festival. Also, it’s an excellent organization to promote an event of our culture and wine. The organization has decided to focus on what remains of Sicily. So that is known worldwide for its properties, diversity and originality.<\/p>\n

Second, the \u201cAzzurro Fest\u201d turns into a real \u201clittle vucciria\u201d thanks to professionals who have prepared delicious street food dishes. Specially invented for the public.<\/p>\n

Traditional recipes, accompanied by exquisite innovations. They will be prepared and served on the three days of the event. There a market with five different locations is ready to welcome the public to \u201cAzzurro Fest\u201d with 5 different flavors. 5 flavors to discover, all in the name of the Mediterranean fish.<\/p>\n

First, the typical donut sandwich with a tasty new function. The sandwich is made with Sciacca donuts for the first time. In collaboration with Slow Food Sicilia, delicious arancine fillings will be offered on the proposed evening. Arancina with \u201csquid\u201d and Arancina with \u201cblack pig from Nebrodi\u201d; Head fish “notch” couscous. But also pizza saccense. So it is a traditional pizza named after the city of Sciacca. So, it is made from anchovies that have been caught in the middle of the sea.<\/p>\n

With these delicious dishes, the “Azzurro Fest” offers visitors a tour of six different vineyards in Sicily in the village. In addition, with a neck strap and a glass tumbler, you can enjoy the excellence of 6 Sicilian wines. Plus that go with light street food dishes.<\/p>\n

Finally, everything is enriched by the presence of the disciples of I Iss Vetrano Amato Calogero di Sciacca. Thanks to \u201cAzzurro Fest\u201d, they have the opportunity to coordinate the knowledge they have acquired in school. Moreover, an event that therefore aims to promote excellent local cuisine.
