The oasis represents one of the last examples of coastal-dune ecosystem: a unique environment that forms the link between the sea and the mainland. And who knows if in a late afternoon, walking along the beach, you don’t come across a Carretta sea turtle that lays its eggs in a hole dug in the sand.
